Eaton's IS VEH VGGP division is currently seeking a Mobility Product Finance Lead Analyst. This is a hybrid work opportunity that can be based from the following Eaton locations: Southfield MI, Galesburg MI or Marshall MI.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. What you'll do:
The Product Finance Lead Analyst position is responsible for managing product development finance for Mobility products. This role will serve as a business partner with the Valve Actuation Mobility product line leaders to develop and maintain global product line profitability. Main responsibilities includes establishing business cases, profit models, and quotes or proposals for new business opportunities in Mobility. The Product Finance Lead Analyst will support product line profitability efforts to maintain and improve product margins across the Mobility portfolio and improve overall business results through program management and fix-the-tail actions for the product line.
Owns full product line P&L point of view for Valve Actuation Products
Partners with SCM/Operations Finance to understand product line Capex budget and forecast
Main finance partner for Mobility Business Unit Directors with regard to product line profitability and growth
Owns all business cases and cost models for new product development and new business opportunities
Works with plant finance and other operations to understand relevant assumptions for cost models and ensures alignment across regions/business units
Performs footprint, acquisition, and divestiture analysis as needed for product line
Supports other Mobility product line finance leaders as needed in times of peak or complex analysis
Oversees and supports region-specific product line cost models or opportunities completed by regional Commercial teams
Supports regional teams in Profit Plan and Strat Plan revenue target development
Drives input process and data quality for product level reporting and enforces best practices on assumptions and inputs
Supports and executes new financial management tools and reporting; looks for new ways to improve Mobility product finance processes
Lead and ensure a strong culture of financial controls, ethics, and compliance
Qualifications:
Required Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business and/or Engineering from an accredited institution
Minimum 7 years experience in Accounting, Financial Planning/Analysis and/or Cost Engineering
