You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to situations with clear communication and strong customer service. Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production and office areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working conditions that may vary by post assignment.

Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or authorization for entry, and help to deter unauthorized access to controlled areas while maintaining a professional presence.

Complete required reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity summaries, and communicate pertinent information during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.

Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

Hold an active DoD Secret clearance.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Hold a Texas Level III Armed Certification for roles in Texas.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
