Accounts Payable Manager Opportunity

This is a hybrid role.
Overview of the Role
Lead AP functions: processing, payments, and staff supervision.
Develop and maintain procedures, controls, and process improvements.
Manage AP KPIs and metrics for efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure timely vendor payments and address discrepancies.
Maintain AP records and support audits.
Oversee tax compliance and reporting.
Qualifications
BS Degree required
5-7 years AP experience, including 2+ in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of AP best practices, tax compliance, and federal/state forms.
Experience building KPIs and operational metrics
Proficient in ERP software and MS Office
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Requirements - Proven experience in accounts payable management with a track record of leadership and team development.
Strong technical skills in designing and monitoring KPIs and operational metrics.
In-depth knowledge of accounts payable processes, tax reporting, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvements.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to accounts payable operations.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
