As a Sr. Advanced Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Puerto Rico location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced electrical engineering solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.

Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.

6+ years of experience in electrical engineering.

Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices.

Proficiency in electrical design software and tools such as MATLAB and AutoCAD.

Experience in managing electrical engineering projects.

Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Experience with project management methodologies.

Mechanical Systems & Components provides a wide range of mechanical products and value-adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers, including aircraft manufacturers and operators, and agencies of the U.S. government.
