Warehouse Associate

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and shipment of customer orders. You will be responsible for preparing and completing orders by loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically and involves standing, bending, and lifting for 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship online customer orders with speed and accuracy.

Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for all outbound shipments.

Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Essential Skills

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Experience with RF scan, inventory, and order picking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1+ year of retail experience preferred.

1+ year of packing in a high-volume environment preferred.

Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ability to understand written and verbal English.

Steel toe shoes are required.

Work Environment

Work in a large distribution center with racking and processing/desk areas for shipping. Operate wave riders and pallet jacks throughout the racking zones. The position offers 1st shift openings from Wednesday to Saturday, 5 am - 3:30 pm. Please note that steel toe shoes are required. You will not start on Mondays or Fridays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
