Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Modesto, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with office technologies, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and clients with professionalism and direct them appropriately.

Monitor and manage office supply levels, placing orders when necessary.

Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings to ensure efficient time management.

Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold privacy standards.

Collaborate with various departments to assist in completing assigned projects.

Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition. Requirements

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.

At least two years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a detail-oriented approach.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

Familiarity with common office equipment and administrative tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work independently with minimal supervision.
