Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will provide essential support by managing clerical tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring organizational efficiency. This is a long-term contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a detail-oriented environment while contributing to a dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities:

Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and overseeing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Prepare and distribute invoices, reports, memos, financial statements, and other official documents.

Organize and retrieve corporate files, records, and reports to ensure seamless access to information.

Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders to address inquiries and maintain detail-oriented relationships.

Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Yardi to complete administrative tasks efficiently.

Conduct research to support organizational projects and decision-making processes.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring accurate documentation.

Coordinate correspondence and distribute faxes to ensure timely and clear communication.

Support property management functions by assisting with accounting tasks and vendor communication.

Perform photocopying, scanning, and other clerical duties to facilitate daily operations. Requirements - Proven verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in maintaining organized and confidential records.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Yardi software.

Self-motivated and quick learner with a proactive attitude.

Background in accounting or property management is preferred but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent is required, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Strong interpersonal skills to build detail-oriented relationships and collaborate effectively. TalentMatch®
