Job Purpose Summary
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and execution support across Corza Medical's corporate operating mechanisms, Strategic and Transformation initiatives, and M&A / Corporate Development activities.
This role owns the coordination infrastructure, execution cadence, and operational rigor that enables the CGTO and leadership teams to run predictable operating rhythms and execute complex, time-sensitive initiatives.
What you will do
Operating Model & Execution Infrastructure
Own the operating cadence infrastructure for CGTO-led forums (e.g., MORs, QBRs, GTCR Monthly Financial Reviews, BOD Presentations).
Build and maintain end-to-end calendars for planning cycles, review cycles, and decision forums.
Manage Microsoft Teams structures for:
o Strategic Initiatives
o Transformation programs
o M&A and diligence workstreams
Ensure consistent governance, file structures, access control, and version management across initiatives.
Establish and maintain templates, timelines, and preparation standards for executive reviews.
Track action items, decisions, and follow-ups across CGTO-owned forums and initiatives.
Meeting Management
Own scheduling, rescheduling, and calendar coordination across stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end meeting logistics including invitations, attendee tracking, virtual platform setup, room reservations, and materials distribution.
Ensure alignment of agendas, materials, and participants in advance of meetings.
Track follow-ups, key action items, and deadlines as appropriate.
Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and reduce last-minute execution issues.
Support event planning and meeting coordination for leadership offsites, internal forums, and external engagements.
Corporate Development Support
Coordinate meetings, materials, and communications for strategic projects and transaction-related initiatives.
Track milestones, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups as necessary.
Maintain visibility into project progress and surface potential delays or risks.
Support consistent execution during defined diligence or transaction phases.
Ensure materials and stakeholders remain aligned throughout project cycles.
Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives to streamline execution.
Executive Administrative Support
Manage complex calendar coordination and prioritization for CGTO and additional leader(s) as identified.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for group travel, including full itinerary management.
Prepare and reconcile expense reports, including budget tracking and related follow-ups, for CGTO and additional leader(s) as identified.
Draft and manage internal and external executive communications.
Prepare, proofread, and format documents and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Support repeatable, coordination-heavy travel tied to operational priorities, as capacity allows.
Serve as backup support for others during peak workload periods.
Office Management
Coordinate conference room scheduling and usage.
Oversee kitchen and pantry inventory and supplies.
Provide backup coordination with property management.
Maintain organized records management and document control systems.
Ensure an organized, professional, and operationally efficient office environment.
What you will need
5+ years of senior-level administrative or executive support experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Experience with travel planning, itinerary management, and expense reporting with budget tracking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level correspondence.
High attention to detail in document preparation, proofreading, and formatting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Experience in event planning and meeting coordination preferred.
Demonstrated focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Travel may be required to support meetings and events.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Corza Medical offers a competitive benefits package including medical, 401K, vacation and sick time, paternal leave and other benefits.
A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $80,000 - 110,000/year. Further, pay is offered based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant's job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications, and certain degrees.
