Supply Chain Analyst - Warehouse & Procurement

Duration: 12 months

CTG is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role focuses on optimizing warehouse operations and ensuring seamless end-to-end supply chain flows.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities: vendor coordination, purchase orders, and tracking.

Oversee inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.

Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.

Support logistics planning to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and improve efficiency.

Prepare performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of warehouse management and order processing.

Understanding of end-to-end (E2E) supply chain flows.

Experience with inventory management systems and procurement tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience:

Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, or warehouse operations.

Exposure to logistics coordination and inventory management.

Proven ability to analyze and improve supply chain processes.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
