Summary You will serve as a BUSINESS ANALYST in the Commander Navy Region Southwest (CNRSW) of COMNAVREGSW SDIEGO. Responsibilities You will ensure enterprise strategic plans are incorporated into short-and-long-term region planning. You will monitors the use/rate of expenditure against planned and allocated funds and prepares analysis for senior leadership. You will represent the region on CNIC Cross Functional Teams (CFT's) and other tiger teams aimed at validating issues, analyzing data and providing recommendations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing program performance data to identify issues, make recommendations for improvement, and drive innovation; 2) Analyzing and interpreting complex intricacies involved in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of program management and planning, as well as resource management; 3) Serving as technical advisor to program managers/directors on business performance tools and processes; 4) Addressing prospective changes in functions and programs in short and long-range planning for a large organization; 5) Analyzing resource program effectiveness and developing recommendations for Senior Leadership; 6) Developing and recommending changes to measure program accomplishments, results or effectiveness.
