?Summary:The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient.This position will also Communicate with and support healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s).This position will also maintain and demonstrate high standards of professional ethics.Position Responsibilities:- Provides constant one-to-one observation of assigned patient which includes providing a safe environment and positive interaction in a calm environment.- Provides restraint care to patients in restraints.- Identifies and communicates changes in patient's status to RN and responds appropriately.- Assists in orientation of healthcare team.- Other duties as assigned.Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:Must have strong communication skills.Required Education:High School diploma or GED.Training/Certifications/Licensure:Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $21.33 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
