Roll Forming Operator

We're hiring a Roll Forming Operator for a manufacturing company in Fort Worth. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity on 2nd shift.

Pay and Schedule:

$19.00 base pay plus $2.00 shift differential

$21.00 per hour total

Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Must be flexible, shift end times are not always a hard stop

Occasional overtime required

Temp-to-hire

What You'll Be Doing:

Set up, program, and operate roll forming equipment

Bend and form sheet metal according to specifications

Perform and log quality checks to ensure accuracy

Use tape measure and basic hand tools throughout production

Qualifications:

Previous machinery experience preferred

Strong tape measure skills to 1/16 inch scale

Detail-oriented with quality control experience
