Role summary
We are seeking a Senior SAP Solution Advisor with deep, hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) who also brings strong experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and working knowledge of supply chain planning/operations. You will design and deliver compelling SAP Supply Chain Management solution experiences that demonstrate how SAC together with Integration, Automation, Data, and AI services, enables clean core extensions accelerating business innovation.
What you'll do
Lead SAC solution design and delivery: create planning models, analytic stories, dashboards, calculation logic, planning sequences and collaboration workflows to support supply chain and operational planning.
Architect SAC connectivity (live and import models) to SAP BDC (Data Warehouse Cloud, Data Intelligence, Business Technology Platform), BW/4HANA, S/4HANA and other sources; optimize performance and semantic layers for self-service and targeted analytics.
Design and present SAP BDC solutions to supply trusted data to SAC and downstream consumers.
Translate business requirements into SAC data models, planning templates and KPI frameworks; validate business logic and ensure alignment with master data and source systems.
Support advanced analytics requirements in SAC (predictive, Smart Predict, planning simulations) and integrate with AI agents and AI capabilities where required.
Define integration and data flow patterns between transactional systems (S/4HANA, SAP SCM/IBP, third-party systems) and cloud analytics platforms using CPI, APIs, OData, IDoc, or Data Intelligence.
Actively participate in workshops, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and SAC / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) integration design sessions; produce architecture diagrams, functional specs, roadmaps, and business cases.
Partner with our demo build teams to ensure system robustness and content is consistent and relevant to our supply chain solution advisors.
Mentor and enable other solution advisors and sales team members; develop best-practice templates, accelerators, and governance processes.
Support pre-sales and stakeholder briefings: demos, bill of materials, and value articulation.
What you bring
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
5 years experience in enterprise software/IT, including customer-facing presales and solution advisory.
3 years practical experience building/implementing SAC analytic content and SAP Business Data Cloud components (Data Warehouse Cloud, Data Intelligence, BTP) in production projects.
Data and Integration skills: semantic layer design, data modelling, CPI/PI, APIs, OData, IDoc, event driven integration
Familiarity with SAP supply chain concepts (Planning, IBP, PP/DS, EWM, S&OP, Logistics) and how supply chain data models map into analytics and planning use cases.
Proven advisory experience working with business stakeholders to define KPIs, planning cycles and governance for enterprise analytics.
Strong communication, dynamic presentation, and effective client-facing skills; experience running workshops and driving cross-functional alignment.
Strategic thinker who can balance business value with technical trade-offs and articulate that to a business audience.
Collaborative leader and mentor who drives best practices and knowledge sharing.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 137300 - 294000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
