Associate Supply Chain Analyst SUMMARY Mortenson is currently hiring an Associate Supply Chain Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support for Supply Chain operations, with an emphasis on systems management, data analysis, and implementation of process improvement initiatives. Hiring Locations: Minneapolis, MN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage configurations and setups within our Oracle Inventory, Order Management, and Purchasing modules. Responsibilities include areas such as catalog maintenance, establishment of new inventory organizations, and item creation. Deliver comprehensive end-user system support by efficiently troubleshooting issues and formulating solutions. Create, update, and oversee training documentation and process mapping for Supply Chain teams. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute new processes and conduct End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing. Provide support for the assessment and testing of Oracle quarterly releases Consistently review program data and actively engage in Supply Chain initiatives to help drive process improvements. Provide support to consume and consolidate large amounts of data into centralized, sustainable, and repeatable measurements. Evaluate potential operational changes Design new approaches and methodologies Create visual representations of data through tools such as Power BI or Excel Learning and gaining knowledge of Supply Chain processes and systems. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED and 4 years of equivalent experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field preferred Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio) with a focus on Excel functionality across pivot tables, advanced formulas, V-Lookups, macros, and Power Query (preferred). Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment. Developing skills in the following areas: Problem solving - ability to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations Critical and analytical thinking Clear and concise written/oral communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback Ability to multi-task and stay organized to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Limited knowledge and experience within Oracle Inventory, Order Management, and/or Purchasing modules (preferred). Ability to travel up to 10%. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. #LI-JY1 Please make note: Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
