modine.com. Position Description We are seeking a Senior Director of
Finance, reporting to the Vice President, Finance - Global Data Centers,
to serve as a key strategic partner to the Americas Data Center
leadership team. The leader will provide financial leadership and
oversee all financial functions, from high-level strategic planning down
to plant-level execution. This role is responsible for driving decisions
that impact profitability and long-term growth by leading a team of
finance professionals and translating complex financial data into
actionable insights for the business. The ideal candidate is a hands-on,
strategic thinker with a proven track record leading finance for a
large, global business segment in a publicly traded manufacturing
company. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership & Business
Partnership Serve as a finance business partner to the leadership team,
providing strategic recommendations to make sound business decisions.
Contribute to strategic planning at the executive level to develop and
implement a financial strategy that aligns with the vertical\'s vision
and long-term objectives. Support key business development and strategic
planning, including analysis for growth strategies, divestitures,
acquisitions, and restructuring plans (e.g., business closures, sales,
and exits). Evaluate new investment opportunities, including R&D/NPD, by
performing feasibility studies, risk-adjusted return analysis, and
investment prioritization. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Oversee
the full profit and loss (P&L) and balance sheet forecast processes,
overseeing the consolidation of plant and regional forecasts into the
