Job Description: Aetna Marketing is seeking a Manager - AI User Enablement to accelerate responsible adoption of AI across marketing workflows through Learning & Development of AI skills across marketing use cases, including brand & compliance. Reporting to the Lead Director, Marketing AI Activation , this individual will serve as the hands-on enablement specialist delivering training programs, coaching, and empowering user groups to increase AI confidence and skill development. The role is an individual contributor (no direct reports) and partners closely with the Manager of AI Enablement PMO and cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in adoption, quality, efficiency, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
Ownmarketingskills mappingand inventory of existingAIlearning materials
Define learning paths and training & certification milestonesrelevant to Aeta Marketing needs
Design and deliver 3-4 training workshops annuallyforAetna Marketingat ateam-level; create micro-learning,guides, videos, and quick-start checklists.
Build andmaintain toolkits (prompt libraries, brand/compliance checklists, starter kits) that reduce time to value and improve output quality.
Launch and coordinate an AI Champion/Change Agent program (volunteer cohort): office hours, monthly roundtables, and best-practice circles.
User Adoption & Platform Insights
Perform platform usage analysis (e.g., Copilot/365, Writer AI, Adobe),identifyfriction points, and recommend optimizations.
Triageskills gapsandmaintainknown-issues documentation; coordinate with vendors and internal teams for resolution.
Brand & Compliance Enablement (Trust Workstream)
Partner with Brand , Compliance , and DDAT AI Governance to operationalize responsible AI practices andmaintainaudit-ready documentation.
Supporttheadoptionandscaled rollout of brand voice and compliance AI agents (e.g., brand voice guardrails, content audit agents, digital asset audit checks), ensuring outputs align with Aetna brand standards and policies.
Executive & Stakeholder Communication
Align activities with the ProjectManager (intake, prioritization, roadmap) and with the Lead Director (strategy, scorecards, executive updates).
Build andmaintainbackend and executive facing dashboards that trackAI adoption, confidence, learning completions, agent usage , and brand/compliance adoption.
Prepare clear enablement narratives, demos, and leadership updates that highlight value, risks, and progress; contribute to leadership scorecards.
Share industry scans and best practices relevant to brand/compliance and upskilling.
Required Qualifications
3+ years in marketing enablement, training/learning design, marketing operations, or product enablement for digital/AI tools.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training (workshops, micro-learning, toolkits) and driving user adoption at scale.
Experience with AI platforms and marketing tools (e.g., CoPilot, Gemini, GPT, Adobe Firefly & Workfront ).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate complex concepts into simple, usable guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in instructional design , project/change management , AI governance , or related disciplines.
Practical knowledge of brand management and / or compliance in marketing workflowsand responsible AI principles.
Hands-onexpertisewith low/no-code workflow and agent building (e.g., Copilot, Workfront automations, GenAI playbooks/agents)andstrong prompt engineering and content QA skills.
Experience in healthcare, retail, or regulated industries.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field-or equivalent practical experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
