Responsibilities

Provides overall administrative direction to the employed physician practices associated with the medical group. Includes direct administrative support and supervision of the practice manager and office managers associated with each practice, ensures that physicians are appropriately credentialed for all managed care plans, and that billing processes and procedures are in place to maximize professional revenue. Ensures that the appropriate number and level of support staff are available to support the practice operations in each location. Works with accounting staff to develop financial reports for each practice and reviews that information with appropriate physicians.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

College degree required, MBA or other appropriate graduate degree strongly preferred. Seven to ten years' experience in the management of physician practices. Experience in a multi-physician practice environment with supervisory experience of practice managers. Knowledge of physician billing processes and systems. Understanding of compliance issues affecting physician practice operations

Saint Clare's Health offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $74,880.00 to $112,320.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
