Sales Representative

Job Description

Engage with current clients by maintaining ongoing communication to understand their plumbing or water-related concerns and recommend appropriate solutions. Utilize company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best options and securing sales. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact, offering clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions. Employ prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to repair or replace sewer lines for residential and commercial properties.

Perform video inspections of sewer systems to evaluate issues such as root intrusion, structural damage, or other conditions requiring excavation or line replacement.

Identify and present solutions for addressing water-related property damage in homes and businesses.

Conduct on-site evaluations to measure moisture levels, determine the extent of damage, and assess the need for demolition, drying, or other restoration steps.

Essential Skills

2+ years of customer interfacing sales experience.

Strong experience in outside sales.

Customer service oriented.

Eager, upbeat, and self-motivated.

Financially motivated.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ownership and self-accountability.

High energy, motivated, and ambitious.

Ability to work nights and weekends with open flexibility.

Progressive success in sales career.

No formal educational requirements.

Work Environment

The team is based in Alhambra, CA. Employees may need to visit the office twice a week for paperwork and team meetings, especially during training. While not a 24/7 schedule, 24/7 flexibility from 7:30 AM to 11:59 PM, seven days a week, is required. Training typically lasts 4-6 weeks, with office presence required to meet the trainer. Employees use their own car and are reimbursed $0.725 per mile, paid weekly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
