Job Title: Construction Administrator Job Description

Join our team as a Construction Administrator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations at a project in Tulsa. You will be the face of the office, providing exceptional service to visitors and callers, while managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.

Serve as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and directing calls to appropriate individuals.

Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area.

Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.

Scan, upload, and index documents into filing systems or ERP software.

Perform basic data entry and record updates.

Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.

Sort incoming mail and deliver to the appropriate department or individual; process outgoing mail.

Manage calendars and schedule appointments.

Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Essential Skills

Strong administrative support skills.

Excellent customer service abilities.

Proficient in data entry.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Associates Degree preferred.

Clerical experience preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of Nowata, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
