and Content Performance Associateto join our talented Information
Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a
collaborative work environment. In this position you should have the
following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to
communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills
and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate
a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of
urgency and results-orientation. This role plays a key role in executing
the firm\'s marketing automation programs, website experience, content
strategy, and digital asset management operations. This role builds and
maintains cross channel journeys and web components, supports SEO and
content optimization, ensures data integrity across the MarTech
ecosystem, and helps deliver targeted, high quality digital experiences
aligned to marketing priorities. How you\'ll create opportunities in
this MarTech and Content Performance Associate role: Marketing
Automation and Website Build and manage marketing journeys, emails,
segments, forms, templates, and lead scoring models in Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights-Journeys (CIJ). Optimize automation
workflows and personalization rules to improve engagement and
conversion. Diagnose and troubleshoot CRM related failures, including
segments, marketing lists, automations, and supporting plugins. Support
Sitecore Personalize rule creation, updates, and integrations across the
digital ecosystem. Build and update web components and pages within
Sitecore CMS to support personalization, campaigns, and marketing
initiatives. Content Strategy Maintain the connected content asset
