Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking Manufacturing Workers to join their team. As a Manufacturing Worker, you will be part of the production support team, assisting in various operational tasks across the plant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Workers

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $15.25/hour

Shift: Rotating Schedule - Will Change weekly - must be available to work both 545am-615pm or 545pm-615am

What's the Job?

Assist in the production of goods, including pre-weighing ingredients, staging for mixing, and raw material preparation

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all manufacturing areas to meet health and safety standards

Lubricate, clean, and assemble production equipment as needed

Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving materials, and assisting with equipment repairs

Support packaging, loading, and delivery of finished products and materials

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED AND/OR 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts on days or nights

Willingness to perform physical tasks and manual labor

Reliable and able to start immediately
