As a Security Officer - Flex Industrial Patrol in Ronkonkoma, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, observe and report unusual activity, and communicate clearly with site personnel and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and/or visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, fire alarms, equipment-related concerns, and/or access control issues.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Monitor access points and verify identification, badges, and/or visitor credentials, helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting orderly traffic flow for deliveries and shipments.

Complete security-related reports and logs, document observations, and communicate notable activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership using approved reporting tools.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
