Job Title: Warehouse Worker -$18.77 - 1st Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team, specializing in the receiving side of warehouse operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of receiving and processing functions, maintaining inventory, and supporting production personnel.

Responsibilities

Inspect incoming goods and oversee all receiving and processing functions.

Read and understand packing slips.

Unload trucks using manual and electric pallet jacks.

Transfer stock to correct locations systematically.

Check for damages, shortages, or incorrect items and report discrepancies.

Label, organize, and store received inventory in designated locations.

Schedule Spare Part orders in the UPS online portal.

Process Spare Part Orders in the ERP system.

Coordinate with production personnel to assure order completion and on-time delivery.

Monitor and regulate Spare Parts inventory both physically and systematically.

Essential Skills

Experience utilizing UPS online portal.

Proficiency in setting up packages to be shipped/received in systems.

Data entry experience, including entering data from packing slips into ERP systems.

Ability to utilize Excel and FedEx/UPS websites.

Proficiency in reading packing slips, BOL, and inventory stock sheets.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Steel-toed boots or shoes required.

Experience with physical and systematic receiving of inbound product/shipments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.77 - $18.77/hr.
