Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating sit-down forklifts with gas engines, handling recycling materials, and moving garbage within the facility. You will also conduct general preventative maintenance on forklift equipment and work both indoors and outdoors. Flexibility is essential as everyone helps out where needed, and you will be working around garbage, which can be dirty, hot, and loud.

Responsibilities

Operate sit-down forklifts and potentially skid steers, balers, etc., with experience.

Stack and move recycling materials and garbage.

Move materials throughout the facility and empty full containers.

Perform general preventative maintenance on forklift equipment.

Assist wherever needed in the facility.

Essential Skills

2-5 years of forklift operating experience.

Proficiency in material handling.

Capability to perform heavy lifting (50lbs+).

Experience with heavy equipment, picking, loading, general labor, skid steers, loaders, and pallet jacks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1+ year of experience operating small equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Watertown, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
