Description We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented office environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with a detail-oriented and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.

Handle incoming mail and packages by sorting, distributing, and ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate recipients.

Maintain a clean and organized reception and front desk area to uphold a detail-oriented appearance.

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation.

Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and preparing meeting rooms as needed.

Provide general office support, including special projects and requests from team members.

Answer and direct inbound calls efficiently.

Ensure smooth operations by collaborating with the team and contributing to a productive work environment. Requirements - Possess a welcoming and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Maintain a neat appearance with business casual attire and attention to detail.

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective interactions.

Prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Exhibit excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.
