Hotel Desk Clerks, temporary FT, 04/01/26 -- 10/15/26. Greet and accommodate hotel and motel patrons in a professional manner, by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or cards, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from guests. Provide excellent customer service. Prepare for basic food service, such as setting up continental breakfast or coffee and tea supplies. No experience/education required. On the job training provided as needed. Work will be completed as needed at both hotels located in Cody, WY. 35 hrs./wk. 6 days/wk. varying shifts Sun-Sat between 7:00am -- 11:00pm. $17.94/HR

. Pay will be computed based on single workweek, will be paid bi-weekly, and will include all deductions required by law. If desired, optional housing available via payroll deduction ($250 bi-weekly). All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties will be provided without charge or deposit charge. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker via company check for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of

$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of

$68.00 per day with receipts. The employer will reimburse the H--2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H--2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). Offer guarantees work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
