Location: Remote (U.S.) with travel to client sites as needed. If you reside within 25 miles of a DXC office, you must have a minimum of 2 on-site days per week.
Overview: Manager , Sales, Boomi. You will lead growth across DXC's Boomi integration and automation portfolio within large, complex enterprise accounts. Boomi - a leader in integration, API management, automation, and data connectivity

API Management & Governance
Application & Data Integration
Workflow Automation & Process Orchestration
Legacy-to-cloud modernization and managed services
This is an individual contributor and deal-leader role focused on driving enterprise integration transformation. You will partner closely with account executives, executive sponsors, presales architects, delivery leaders, and Boomi field executives to shape high-value, outcome-driven engagements.
You will translate integration and automation initiatives into measurable business outcomes - accelerating digital transformation, improving operational efficiency, and enabling scalable cloud ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Own sales execution for DXC's Boomi offerings across strategic enterprise accounts and priority new-logo pursuits
Lead complex integration and automation pursuits from discovery through close and delivery handoff.
Build and govern a high-quality enterprise pipeline with disciplined qualification and deal inspection
Conduct executive-level discovery sessions, translating integration use cases into business and financial impact
Partner with DXC and Boomi leadership on joint account planning, co-sell strategy, and go-to-market initiatives
Orchestrate cross-functional deal teams, including presales, solution architects, delivery leaders, and alliance partners
Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Enterprise Architects, and Line-of-Business leaders.
Maintain forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, and proactive risk mitigation
Provide deal leadership and mentorship to extended account teams where applicable
Quota & Scope
Annual quota typically ranging from $10M-$25M+, depending on territory and account portfolio
Ownership of enterprise-scale, multi-tower integration and modernization programs
Responsibility for driving new revenue growth and expanding long-term integration footprints
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
Proven experience selling integration, API management, automation, or cloud-based solutions
Demonstrated success leading consultative, executive-level sales cycles
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across technical and business functions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling iPaaS, API management, cloud integration, or enterprise middleware solutions
Proven success co-selling with Boomi field leadership, channel partners, or GSIs
Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures and multi-platform integration (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Supply Chain, Data Platforms)
Experience shaping enterprise digital transformation and modernization roadmaps

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $107,900 - $200,400.
