We're extremely proud of our portfolio of brands, our achievements in sustainability and industrialization and the groundbreaking work accomplished by our people.Reporting directly to the Plant Engineer, the Senior Industrial Electrician is responsible for achieving a high level of reliability for plant equipment through performing tasks required to maintain equipment and minimize downtime.This individual will use their training and knowledge to perform equipment/process/system maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, make repairs and identify and implement opportunities for improvement.What you will be doing:- Must be able to pass electrical skills and safety testing to become a qualified Category 2 worker. Must be capable of performing electrical work on systems up to 480 Volts.- As the resident electronic and PLC resource, you will be responsible for: Establishing and maintaining accurate, current and secure documentation of printed logic, electronic files and supporting software.- Maintenance, system set-up and selection of supporting hardware.- Application evaluation of electronic systems and software.- Facilitate electronic and PLC training within the department.- Seek out and identify obsolete, unsupported or otherwise deficient systems.
