Adecco is seeking a Senior Administrative Professional to provide high-level support for our client in Whitehall, MI. In this role, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of departmental functions through professional communication and meticulous organization. You will be supported by a team that values confidentiality, efficiency, and a proactive approach to office management. Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) - Whitehall, MI

Pay Rate: $30.08 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm / 8 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities:

Manage complex schedules and calendars, independently coordinating appointments, conference calls, and meeting invitations.

Compile and prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for designated meetings; attend sessions to facilitate and run presentations as needed.

Coordinate departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, securing facilities, taking minutes, and distributing materials to stakeholders.

Draft and compose confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and business emails with a high degree of accuracy.

Maintain and update key spreadsheets, contact lists, and various department reports to ensure data integrity.

Research and gather information from various internal and external sources to support special projects and departmental needs.

Handle office logistics, including reviewing/routing mail, preparing expense reports, maintaining department files, and ordering supplies within budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited institution.

6+ years of related experience in an executive secretarial or office management role.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software programs quickly.

Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write business reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Top-tier skills in customer service, phone etiquette, and computer literacy.

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
