Koch Finishing Systems is seeking a Sales Account Manager with experience in plating and anodizing equipment sales to support our growing customer base. This role is focused on solution-based technical selling of custom finishing systems for metal finishing and surface treatment applications. We are looking for an individual who understands the industry, can build strong customer relationships, and can translate customer needs into engineered solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage sales opportunities for plating and anodizing systems and related equipment Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and new prospects within the metal finishing industry Lead solution-based sales efforts by identifying customer requirements and coordinating technical solutions with engineering Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical concepts Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and technical reviews Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure successful project execution Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting information Support trade shows and industry events as needed Qualifications Experience selling plating and anodizing equipment or related metal finishing systems Strong knowledge of plating, anodizing, and surface treatment processes Proven success in solution-based or technical B2B sales Ability to interpret technical requirements and communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed * Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience Why Koch Finishing Systems You will represent custom-engineered finishing systems used by manufacturers across multiple industries and work with an experienced technical team to deliver practical, high-value solutions to customers.
