As an operations consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

At least 1 year of prior experience working in management consulting, financial services or asset wealth management operations

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Computer Science preferred

Demonstrating knowledge in financial services and asset management

Applying experience in Wealth Management and Asset Management models

Understanding transaction lifecycles of Financial Services products

Maintaining knowledge of middle and back-office operations

Utilizing project management software and tools

Learning new technologies and data systems interactions

Analyzing data and business requirements

Familiarity with trends of global organizations

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
