Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Support specialist to join our team on a long-term, part-time contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations by managing agreements, preparing essential documentation, and maintaining customer accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment and support our sales team in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:

Draft and update customer agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and manage statements of work to support project execution.

Maintain and update Salesforce records to ensure data integrity.

Handle order entry and oversee the processing of customer transactions.

Provide post-sales support to address client needs and resolve issues.

Assist in managing customer accounts to foster strong relationships.

Collaborate with the sales team to streamline administrative tasks.

Monitor and track sales processes to ensure timely completion.

Support the preparation of reports and documentation for internal use.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements - Proven experience in sales support or a related role.

Proficiency in Salesforce administration and data management.

Strong skills in drafting and managing customer contracts.

Ability to handle order entry and post-sales support tasks efficiently.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.

Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
