Sales Assistant

Description We are looking for a success-driven and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Lafayette, Indiana. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting financial advisors as they guide members toward achieving their financial goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients to schedule and confirm appointments with financial advisors.

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the Wealth Management department.

Use advanced computer skills to navigate programs like Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently.

Maintain and prioritize daily tasks to ensure all work is organized and completed on time.

Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries and fostering trust with clients and team members.

Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and other materials as needed.

Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Proven customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

Proficiency in technology tools and basic system navigation.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Must successfully complete background prescreening for employment.

Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or administrative support is preferred.
