Electrical Assembler - Build Custom Projects That Make an Impact

If you enjoy hands-on electrical work, solving problems, and seeing your craftsmanship come to life, this is a role where you'll thrive. We're looking for an Electrical Assembler to help build the custom refrigeration houses you see outside major grocery stores-unique projects where no two builds are exactly the same.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants stability, variety, and room to grow in a clean, well-organized manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Perform electrical assembly on custom refrigeration units

Run and route wiring to complete full system builds

Wire lights, ceiling fans, and other components based on customer needs

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics (when available)

Collaborate with the team to develop processes for units without existing prints

Use hand and power tools daily

Assist with mechanical assembly as needed

What You Bring

Experience with electrical wiring (manufacturing or construction)

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Comfortable standing for 8+ hours

Able to lift 20+ lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Nice-to-Have Skills

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn electrical wiring

Students currently in electrical or technical programs are encouraged to apply

Work Environment

Large, well-lit manufacturing facility

Work in teams of 3-4

Fast-paced, hands-on environment

Expect to get a little dirty-it's part of the job

No air conditioning, but fans provide airflow

Steel-toed shoes and long pants required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
