We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. This role requires expertise in managing legal documentation and processes related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and providing support to the real estate attorney. Responsibilities:

Handle the preparation and review of legal documents related to real estate transactions.

Ensure all documentation complies with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Assist in coordinating communication between clients, attorneys, and third parties.

Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of required filings and documentation.

Provide administrative support to streamline daily operations and case management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in real estate law.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to conduct legal research and analyze findings effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Adept at collaborating with attorneys, clients, and staff.
