Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team at the Edenton Distribution Center. In this physically demanding role, you will be a crucial part of our supply chain, ensuring accurate loading of our fleet and efficient processing of incoming inventory.
Responsibilities
Manually unload incoming containers and load outgoing trucks with tires.
Meet team production targets of up to 3,200+ tires per shift, consistently completing 4-5 trucks per day.
Pick and stage tires correctly for immediate loading.
Verify all incoming and outgoing products for correct size, @type, and quantity against shipping papers.
Safely operate forklifts and related material handling equipment to move tires and pallets within the warehouse.
Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse area.
Conduct visual inspections of all incoming stock for manufacturer defects, sidewall damage, or dry rot before moving products into the active picking slots.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in order picking, inventory management, and packing.
Experience with loading and unloading trucks.
Forklift operation skills.
Ability to perform manual labor involving heavy lifting.
General labor and material handling experience.
Proficiency with pallet jack operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Physical strength to lift, push, and 'throw' tires weighing 50-100 lbs repeatedly throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
Stamina to perform constant physical labor (bending, reaching, twisting) in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
