Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Rochester, New York. In this contract position, you will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone who excels in multitasking and has a strong commitment to organization and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming phone calls with attention to detail and courtesy, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate team members.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining organized records.

Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and document preparation to support office operations.

Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming and attentive reception experience.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.

Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-functioning workspace.

Collaborate with team members to support special projects and meet deadlines.

Provide consistent updates and reports to management regarding completed tasks and ongoing responsibilities. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in managing inbound calls and directing inquiries effectively.

Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

Familiarity with office procedures and administrative systems.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to handle receptionist duties with attention to detail and a friendly manner.

Knowledge of compliance standards and ability to adhere to company policies.
