As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control and badge checks, assist travelers and team members with customer service, and communicate timely observations to site leadership. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols of terminal areas, gate corridors, baggage claim, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or operational concerns.

Monitor access points and restricted areas by checking credentials, directing foot traffic, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts per site-specific procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with site contacts and/or local authorities as directed.

Complete patrol logs and incident reports, communicate observations to supervisors and/or site management, and support investigations by preserving observations and details.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
