Your Opportunity: Taylor is seeking an Account Manager who is responsible for providing the customer with positive, consultative, and service-based experience. In this role, you will act as the project manager liaison between the customer and manufacturing facility, to ensure projects are delivered on time to customer expectations while maintaining internal profitability goals. Your Responsibilities: Gatheringandunderstandingjob specific requirements from the customer to accurately enter jobs into production. Align with SalesRep on client expectations and service levels. Communicating production schedules and updates to the customer, proactively managing production milestone dates, and tracking production status to ensure orders ship on time. Resolving production-related issues to ensure customer expectations are met. Providing sales support, including product, pricing, schedule, capacity, and production related requests. Managing multiple accounts,programs/projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment. Documenting andmaintainingaccount specific standard operating procedures. Leading regular scheduled meetings with the customer to discussthe statusof current orders, quality, and forecast opportunities. Maintaining favorable relationships with external customers and internal team members. YouMust Have: Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of experience in customer service or customer support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented, strong organizationalskillsand ability to handle complex tasks. Ability to solve problems effectively, respond to continually changingprioritiesand coordinate multiple projects. Proficientin Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Project management skills. Previousprint industry or manufacturing experience. Theanticipatedannual salary range for this position is $51,000 - $55,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just onecomponentof Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
