As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a cutting-edge aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access points, respond to calls for service, and provide clear communication and customer service to employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $23.62 / Hour

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders at an aerospace and defense location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and documenting actions taken.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Control access by verifying identification, monitoring entry and exit points, and directing visitors, deliveries, and contractors according to site requirements.

Complete accurate reports, shift logs, and incident documentation, and communicate observations and trends to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

Have a minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.

Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
