Job Summary

This position works under the RDO and manages and oversees the entire contract lifecycle. Theyalso ensure compliance with contract terms, negotiating agreements, and mitigating risks. They are expected to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and is remote with occasional travel.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Monitors contract performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions

Identifies potential contract risks and supports issue resolution

Interpret complex language contractual documents and identify key terms and conditions

Complete all required company essential trainings

CLIENT SERVICE

Manages contract close-outs and resolves any remaining issues

Provides guidance and interpretation of contract terms and conditions

Partners with internal departments like legal, finance, Supply Chain, Facility Administrators, Clinical Departments and project management to ensure contract alignment

Communicates contract information and potential risks to Operations

Maintain positive relationships with coworkers, medical staff, vendors, manufacturers, and the general public

ADMINISTRATION

Tracks milestones, deliverables, and financial aspects of contracts

Ensures contracts comply with relevant federal, state, Tax, and local laws, regulations, and policies

Maintains organized records of contract documentation and correspondence

Prepares requested reports

Perform other duties as assigned that are intrinsic to the successful operation of the business

Manages and processes additional billable services that fall outside the contracted scope.

Tracks and manages pass-through contracts on behalf of the client.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in business, hospital administration, or equivalent

General knowledge of contract management

Experience:

Minimum of five years contract administration

Minimum of three years of hospital support services
