REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Manager Consumer and Shopper Analytics, Marketing Insights & Foresights in Winston Salem, NC
The Sr. Manager Consumer and Shopper Analytics is position that requires a strategic mindset and business perspective to generate customer and shopper insights and help translate the findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Utilization of core research methodologies, both principles and application, knowledge of standard processes, test and control groups to drive the business forward.
Synthesize, understand, and leverage large data sets (D2C and Loyalty) into actionable insights.
Effectively administer the application of analytical techniques such as A/B testing and ability to derive impact analysis and ROI analysis.
Working with the brand teams, translating brand business questions and understanding the consumer insight needs. Serve as an unbiased, empathetic representative for the consumer and their needs.
Executes and tracks the promotional efficiency and direct marketing measurement initiatives.
Provide support to brand teams and consumer experience on all things related to campaign, Loyalty and D2C analytics. Synthesizing the asks and translating the information to GBS Monterrey and Insights and Foresights stakeholders to action upon.
Flexibility, ability to adjust to changing priorities and business challenges.
Working with, coaching and developing Data Scientists and Analysts in GBS Monterrey.
What are we looking for?
5+ years in marketing analytics and/or related field. CPG experience preferred.
Requires very strong technical skills that include proficiency in Advanced SQL, math and statistics
Ability to understand broader business issues and seek resolution
Ability to manage, leverage and analyse data sources, interpret meaningful trends and draw conclusions to deliver actionable business recommendations.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to work with a broad range of disciplines and cross-functionally
Strong verbal/written communication, data visualization and presentations skills
Dashboard development (Power BI/Tableau) experience preferred.
Masters Degree in Business Analytics, Market Research, Business or related field preferred
