We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations & Process Manager to drive operational excellence, campaign execution, and process optimization across our Enterprise Marketing organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the financial services landscape, especially around deposit and lending products, and can turn that expertise into scalable processes, effective campaigns, and improved marketing performance.
This individual will play a pivotal role serving as a program manager for large-scale, complex initiatives that require coordination with multiple teams and stakeholders. You will partner across Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to streamline processes, solve complex problems, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality marketing initiatives.
Essential Functions:
Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level marketing processes, workflows, and operating models.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce friction, and improve execution quality across marketing functions.
Champion standardization and best practices, ensuring processes scale across teams and lines of business.
Oversee the execution of a variety of campaign @types-from acquisition, cross-sell, and retention to deposit and lending product promotions.
Apply strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills to assess complex situations and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
Analyze campaign performance, operational data, and process metrics to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
Anticipate future needs, proactively identifying where processes require modernization, simplification, or transformation.
Lead remediation initiatives when issues arise, bringing structure, urgency, and clarity to resolution.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, error-free, and aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to leadership that clearly articulate issues, insights, recommendations, and actions.
Simplify complex problems and influence stakeholders toward shared goals and desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field and 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing platforms used in leading marketing operations and automation teams. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Advanced knowledge of marketing practices, processes, and methodologies.
Understanding of the U.S. banking industry and financial services, with depth in deposit and lending marketing.
Proven experience executing diverse campaign @types, including promotions and remediation efforts.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify and influence.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through process improvement, operational change, and complex decision scenarios.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
High initiative and independent judgment.
