Medical Assembler - Weekly Pay!!

Weekday Night Shift: Monday-Thursday; 7:30pm - 6:00am; $18.40/hr

Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sunday; 6:00am - 6:30pm; $17.60/hr

Job Description

I am seeking motivated candidates to join our client's team of Medical Assemblers, where you will produce Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment. You will play a crucial role in our production process by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and blueprints to ensure high-quality manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Manufacture, operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, package, and inspect products according to blueprints and manufacturing drawings.

Use tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.

Follow all safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Ensure product quality by cooperating with upstream and downstream stations for mutual inspection, finding and correcting quality errors, and recording and reporting problems promptly.

Accurately document tasks in the Production Control Documents (PCD) as they are performed.

Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities.

Work effectively as part of a team in the manufacturing process, assisting with training and mentoring co-workers.

Focus on personal development through timely and proactive completion of training.

Essential Skills

Experience in general production, assembly, and packaging.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings.

Proficiency in using hand tools and various production equipment.

Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom PPE standards.

Capable of standing for the majority of the shift and performing repetitive tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.40/hr.
