This job is a full time, benefited, FLSA non-exempt position in the Nursing Sciences Division that reports to the Dean of Nursing Sciences
Salary : Targeted salary is commensurate wit61767h education and experience not to exceed the budgeted amount of $43,160.00 per year.
Minimum Qualifications (Job Code 61767)
Associate's degree and Three (3) year of work-related experience
Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on year-to-year basis.

Job Description Summary:
Under the leadership of the Dean provides advisement and support services to potential and current students within the Nursing Sciences division . Provides administrative support to the division, and Program Directors. Develops and maintains a directory of student program requirements. The willingness to pivot with the ch anging healthcare environment . Location: GTC campuses (e.g., LAW, ANF).
Duties/Responsibilities:
Percentage of Time:
Provides the first point of contact for students interested in the Nursing Sciences programs.
Answers phone calls and emails.
Meet with students to provide support throughout the admission, progression, and re-admission process.
Maintains a student communication database, categorized by all program tracks
Provide a monthly report of student communication and tracks

Advises students on academic and career issues.
Assists nursing sciences students in identifying and planning for educational and career options.
Collaborates with the enrollment team, to advise students on general academic requirements.
Collaborates with other departments, to support interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
Disseminates information regarding all program forms: admissions, registration, progression, re-admission, graduation, and GTC/program-related events, etc.
Helps students identify all available support services for academic success .
Coordinates and assist with student's activities, ex. Preview night, career events, school outreach, industry partners, pinning, etc.

Provides support to the various Nursing Sciences Managers. : In collaboration with Supervisor and Program Director.
Coordinates the competitive selection process for the various nursing sciences programs
Maintains all program files and records for the various nursing sciences programs
Assists with program's data collection from admission to re-admission
Conducts nursing sciences pre-program orientation, information sessions, etc.
Assists in preparation of written orientation and information materials, fact sheets, catalog, flyers, handbooks, etc.
Routinely updates social media, and all program and student documents.
Monitor all program's website for congruency and accuracy
Uses Tableau, Crystal Reports, Degree Works, Banner, Ace Mapp, Assure, Forms, and other data tools to track student success.
Utilizes Enterprise tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office software for documentation and reporting.

Manages student/faculty documentation for the Nursing Sciences Division: In collaboration with Supervisor and Program Director.
· Assist in maintaining all student academic records.
Reviews student academic records for compliance with course and program requirements and within deadlines.
· Credential students and faculty, and work with multiple clinical partners as needed.
