Job Summary:

Under general supervision, receives, stores and issues materials, equipment, and other items. Perform manual and clerical tasks involved in the distribution of supplies and materials.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

D eterm i n es proper storage methods, identification , and location b ased o n t u r n ov er, e nv ir o n m e n t f a ct o rs, a n d physical capabilities o f f a cilities

Issues and/or sells supplies or merchandise

M ar k s items using i d e n tif i cati o n tags, stamps, electric marking t o o ls, o r o ther la b eli ng e q u ip men t

O r d ers s up plies to maintain stock

Packs a n d un p acks items to b e stocked in stoc k ro om s a n d w are h ouses

Recei v es a n d co u nts items, and rec o r d s d ata m a nu ally o r using a c o m p uter

Stores items in an orderly and accessible manner manner in warehouses, tool rooms , supply r o o m s, o r o t h er areas

V erif i es inventory b y c omp aring to p h y sical c o unts o f stock

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED AND One year of experience in shipping and receiving.

Or six (6) months of experience at the lower-level Supply/Warehouse Clerk 1 (FES010) or position equivalent.

Note: Some positions require possession of valid driver's license
