Schedule - Full Time, 8 hr. shift, Monday - Friday

What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for all administrative functions related to the processing of student schedules in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

Perform duties including data entry, student scheduling, interpretation and analysis of test data.

Monitor student progress to ensure timely completion of Department of Labor required courses,

Maintain positive interaction in day-to-day communication with students in scheduling related matters.

Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.

Perform data entry operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure WBL and LTE schedules are met.

Prepare weekly class loading and staff utilization reports.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

One (1) year's related experience.

A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
