Job Description

The individual will 1) aggregate, integrate, and organize datasets into repositories, 2) generate insights using advanced data science methods, and 3) collaborate with physiologists and engineers to report findings.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The successful candidate will find novel biomechanical and physiological insights from complex data streams. They will accomplish this by developing and refining analytic and data visualization tools, including automated process workflows; perform big data analytics, including, but not limited to, descriptive statistics, trend modeling, dose-response modeling, statistical analyses, and predictive algorithm development; and curate and expand existing data requirements.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING

· M.S. or Ph.D. in data science, or related field.

· 3-5 years of relevant experience

· Proficiency in data science in support of biology/physiology.

· Demonstrable experience in essential programming languages

· Must be proficient in technical writing and presentations

· Excellent communication skills and organization

· This position is working within a government facility and requires U.S.
