What you'll do

Delivery & Execution Support
Assist in coordinating cross-functional efforts across Business and IT to ensure timely and aligned delivery of strategic initiatives.
Support roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and performance reporting to drive transparency and accountability.
Analyze data to identify delivery risks, resource constraints, and prioritization opportunities.
Product & Platform Enablement
Contribute to the development and delivery of AAdvantage® and Cross-Sell products, ensuring alignment with program strategy and member value.
Support backlog management, feature prioritization, and user story development to drive agile product delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure scalable, secure, and seamless integrations.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
Develop and execute test plans, cases, and protocols to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Document and report quality issues, assist in root cause analysis, and support resolution efforts with engineering and product teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with teams across Loyalty, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience to align on delivery goals and resolve issues.
Support executive-level reporting and communication to ensure visibility into progress and outcomes.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training/experience
3 years related work experience
Knowledge of AAdvantage loyalty products and propositions as well as consumer behavior
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
Master of Business Administration
Previous project management, product management, or quality assurance experience
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, and product delivery processes.
Understanding of quality assurance practices and tools for testing and defect tracking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
Exceptional business acumen with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in analysis, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
