Kelly® is looking for a Manufacturing Operator to work at a premier biotech manufacturing facility in Eugene, OR. Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career, all while being a vital part of your community.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Mon-Fri First Shift

What's a typical day as Manufacturing Operator? You'll be:

Operating and monitoring production equipment, adjusting as needed to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

Collaborating with fellow technicians on filling, labeling, and packaging of biotech products.

Accurately handling production paperwork including reconciliation sheets and quality checks.

Following manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures without deviation.

Handling chemicals and hazardous materials in a safe and compliant manner.

Adhering to all safety regulations, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.

Communicating and collaborating within your work group for effective task completion.

Performing duties in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).

Are able to work flexible hours, including possible overtime and varying shifts.

Have the ability to comprehend and accurately follow complex written instructions and procedures.

Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Computational skills

Can handle chemicals and adhere strictly to safety guidelines.

Value precision and pay close attention to detail in all tasks.
